On November 7, Sichuan Airlines held the 2024 Winter Flight Season Promotion Event of “Keeping an Optimistic Outlook and Embracing Upcoming Opportunities” in Chengdu.
At the event, Sichuan Airlines introduced its route plans for the winter flight season, planning to operate more than 260 mainland passenger routes, 31 international, Hong Kong, and Taiwan routes, and 25 new or restored popular mainland routes. Additionally, Sichuan Airlines will expand its international services from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, with added flights to Sydney, Melbourne, Moscow, Vancouver, Bangkok, and others destinations. Besides, it will operate 2 direct charter flights from Chengdu to Seychelles this month, reaching a total of over 130 domestic and foreign cities, thus providing passengers with more diverse travel options.
Sichuan Airlines has introduced express, tourism, and customer products within its product portfolio, focusing on creating 9 premium routes to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. The routes and tourism products are enriched around 3 themes, including travelling in Sichuan, flying to warm destinations, and ice and snow tourism, with exclusive business trip plans and membership benefits provided for the group’s customers and members.
Additionally, Sichuan Airlines has developed a service and brand network based on the 6 key areas of “food, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment”, and created 6 “branded offerings”, with characteristic products available through the mobile side, human service, customized services, transfer products, cabin services, in-flight meals, and other aspects, offering passengers one-stop convenient services.
At the event, representatives from tourism bureaus in Thailand, Australia, Dubai, and Los Angeles introduced tourist destinations and related products.
