Harvard Undergraduate World Pre-Health Conference (WPC) is pleased to announce that it has started receiving applications for its 2025 in-person event which will be taking place from March 28th through March 30th at the Harvard Science Center.
It is going to be a weekend-long conference that will bring together future healthcare professionals, global health advocates, and students from across the world to connect, learn, and collaborate.
Following the success of the first in-person conference that was held in 2024, the 2025 conference promises to offer an incredible load of value as it will feature engaging keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities.
The goal of WPC is to make prehealth more accessible and attendees will be able to connect with peers and mentors who are passionate about advancing healthcare and improving lives worldwide.
WPC encourages early applications to take advantage of reduced registration fees and consideration for financial aid. Applications for the early deadline are due by November 22. As a non-profit, WPC has limited financial aid availability, though the finance committee has worked diligently to support as many participants as possible. Applicants can indicate their financial aid needs directly on their applications.
This year’s event will take place on Harvard’s campus which provides an opportunity for attendees to experience the university’s historic setting firsthand. Although WPC does not have a designated conference hotel, it has provided a list of recommended nearby hotels and information about the cost for participants.
High school, undergraduate, medical, and other graduate students of all nationalities and identities are encouraged to apply to attend the conference, and prior medical experience is not required. Application links and additional details are available on the official WPC website.
While virtual applications and registrations are ongoing, there will be an in-person application on January 31, 2025.
