Devanny Pinn’s THE BLACK MASS is now available on Blu-ray, digital, and DVD.
Based on true events, and featuring an ensemble headed by Andrew Sykes, Lisa Wilcox, Sarah Nicklin, Susan Lanier, Lew Temple, Eva Hamilton, and Eileen Deitz, THE BLACK MASS tales place over a 24-hour period in Florida during the winter of ’78.
The film follows a serial killer in the days leading up to his final, unhinged rampage, providing a disturbing and terrifying look into the warped psyche of a notorious murderer, as well as the ramifications of his violence for those who fell victim to it, and for those who survived.
Jennifer Wenger, Kathleen Kinmont, and Jeremy London also star.
The film, which played at Frightffest in 2023, was written by Eric Pereira and Brandon Slagle.
THE BLACK MASS marks the directorial debut of actress and producer Devanny Pinn (Frost, The Dawn, Crossbreed).
Jaguar Motion Pictures and Roman Media produced the film for Cleopatra Entertainment. Brian Perera, Yvonne Perera, Brandon Slagle, Gigi Jankowski, and Miranda Mariposa served as executive producers, with Tim Yasui as co-producer, and Anjanette Miller and Susan Lanier as associate producers.
