She has had a career in education, working as a department head, lecturer, and course programmer in English literature. Additionally, her fascinating life includes experiences as an officer in the Canadian army, a meditation mentor in a Buddhist abbey, and a PA to the CEO of a $200 million engineering project in India.

She’s faced a shooter in the Syrian desert at midnight and a few sharks ten meters below the surface while scuba diving off the coast of Bali. A decorated author, Mallory has received the prestigious title of Author of the Year from the provincial newspaper, and her articles can be found in various journals.
