Ryan Tillman set out on a mission to promote societal growth through love, empathy, and respect. By embodying these virtues as a law enforcement officer, Ryan strives to help whoever he can, whenever he can adopt them, and see the world with unclouded eyes – through compassion, love, and empathy, Ryan enriches the communities he serves.
Wanting to help and reach more people, he founded Breaking Barriers United LLC – a coaching platform created to mentor, guide, and assist children, teens, and adults into becoming the best versions of themselves.
Ryan recently launched his magnum opus – a book titled “Happy Eyes: Embracing Love, Empathy, and Respect to See the Best in All People”. With this book, he wanted to share personal experiences and stories that could help the reader break the barriers that limit their potential.
According to Ryan, his book “delves into the profound idea of leading with love, empathy, and respect.” Ryan wanted to instill hope and inspire positivity in a world polarized by bias, secular mindsets, and negativity.
Love is the pillar upon which “Happy Eyes” was built upon. The pure, unadulterated power of love can transform one’s mind, world, and life itself. Ryan Tillman shared numerous heartfelt stories and insights in his latest book wishing to inspire his readers to foster their relationships and give love, as well as accept it wherever it is offered.
Ryan notes that “empathy bridges the gap between opposing views”. He encourages his readers to have understanding and compassion even for people unwilling to return them.
“By stepping into the shoes of those we encounter, we gain a fresh perspective that fosters connection and harmonious relationships,” Ryan said.
Respect is “the key to building bridges”. When earned, respect is an unbreakable chain that bonds friends and communities together. When given freely, respect is a priceless gift that “paves the way for open dialogue, cooperation, and collective progress.”
