Dr. Donna Polk Stenson Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Men & Women of Integrity Synchronized Global Gathering was recently selected Top CEO of the Year 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.
While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual awards gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Dr. Stenson has certainly proven herself as an accomplished CEO. She is a dynamic, results driven leader who has demonstrated success and professionalism throughout her entire career. Dr. Donna Polk Stenson is the founder, chief executive officer, and President of Men & Women of Integrity Synchronized Global Gathering. The organization provides assistance to families in need from various community shelters, churches and different organizations throughout the Dallas, Fort Worth Texas area, along with other facilities in other countries. Dr. Stenson’s organization serves the community and promotes a positive future for those in need by providing food, clothing, shoes, furniture, household goods, school supplies, vitamins, and scholarships.
Before embarking on her career path, Dr. Donna Polk Stenson attended Dallas Baptist University, Healing Thine Heart Ministries, Therapon Institute, El Centro College, and Jakes Divinity School. She earned a Doctorate of Humanity from Harvest Bible University and graduated from Jakes Divinity School’s “Women In Leadership” and “God’s Leading Ladies” programs at The Potter’s House Dallas. She is a Certified Belief Therapist, Adult Mental Health Aide, and Licensed/Ordained Elder. Dr. Donna Polk Stenson also has prior experience as a paralegal and C-Suite Executive.
Throughout her illustrious career, Donna has received awards and was recognized worldwide for her dedication to her profession. This year she will be considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and the Empowered Woman award from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). She will receive her recognition as Top CEO of the Year 2023 at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC this December. Dr. Stenson has also been awarded the Marquis Who’s Who Humanitarian Award and was recognized in both Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who of Professional Women; International Society of Female Professionals; and she has been featured in New York Times Square on the digital screen across from the New Year’s Eve Ball; Fortune Magazine; The Wall Street Journal; Millennials Magazine; Success Magazine in Nigeria. Dr. Donna Polk Stenson has also been selected to be featured in Vogue Magazine 2024.
In addition to her career, Dr. Stenson was featured on the Trinity Broadcasting Network’s (TBN) program “Better Together.” She has been invited to supervise five churches in Pakistan and is a member of both the Chaplains of Texas and the National Notary Association. Additionally, Dr. Stenson facilitates online Bible Study in Pakistan, Nigeria, Canada, Ghana, Egypt, Thailand, Malaysia, and India. As a formal paralegal, she is also professionally affiliated with the National Notary Association, Chaplains of Texas, and CrimeCon.
