Kenwood Completes Two Leases With New Tenants at Its White Marsh, MD, Office Complex

Kenwood Corporate Drive Investors, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, announces the completion of two leases, totaling 8,217 sf, with Optimal Psychiatry and Phaze Consulting. Both represent new tenants in the company’s five-building White Marsh, Maryland, portfolio.

Optimal Psychiatry, led by Dr. Fabius Santos, specializes in mental health services. Phaze Consulting works with children, teens, and adults to achieve their mental health goals.

Optimal was represented by Andrew Brink of TriAlliance Commercial Real Estate Services. Shanntel Gladney represented Phaze Consulting. Matt Mueller and Henson Ford from MacKenzie Real Estate Services represented Kenwood Corporate Drive Investors.

Other tenants in Kenwood’s White Marsh portfolio include MedStar, Kaiser Permanente, Ryan Homes, and Restorative Therapies.

With these leases, Kenwood’s Corporate Drive properties are 95% leased.  

Corporate Drive Properties Serve Office and Flex Tenants

Located immediately adjacent to I-95 and near its intersection with I-695, Corporate Drive properties are single-story buildings that provide space for both office and flex tenants. Every suite is separately metered for electricity and has independent HVAC systems with private restrooms.
