Faribault, Minnesota – During a recent nation-wide search and competition, the top dive bars in the USA were recently announced. The yearly competition, held by DiveBarRoadTrip.com, combines a nomination process along with online voting to find the yearly winners. This year there were 128 bars involved in the competition, with over 93,000 votes being cast. The 2023 winners were:

Event organizer, Chris Whillock, said “This has been the best year so far, bars are loving this friendly competition. They have really been getting into it. They are having voting parties, doing drink specials and of course inviting all of their friends to vote.”
Whillock added … “These are small mom and pop, local bars throughout the country and they need all the support they can get.”
Donnie Hunt, owner of the 2023 winner The Edge Eatery, said “What a great, exciting event you’ve all thrown together …. notoriety to all these dive bars unmeasureable to say the least. We had newbies stop in left and right. Even some of our own hometown folk that thought we might have been a bit too sketchy are now stopping by. They’ve seen we are really a kinda normal down to earth dive bar.”
