Dallas Businessman Make Generous Donation to a Local South Texas Softball Team

Dallas businessman Jason Romaszewski, CEO of Neighborhood Garage Door Services, makes a generous donation to a local South Texas softball team. When Mr. Romaszewski learned that the 14U PGSA (Pearland Girls Softball Association ) TNT Ignite girls softball league, from Pearland Texas, had started a go fund me page, he was happy to contribute to the team’s needs. Mr. Romaszewski, being an avid sports fan, feels that it’s important to support not only the community, but in particular the youth. Giving these opportunities to young women, especially given the competitive nature of athletics in South Texas, he hopes to help ease the demands of the cost of participation, which will go towards the cost of uniforms, tournament fees, and insurance.

TNT Ignite is a girls’ fastpitch select tournament team based out of Pearland, Texas. The organization consists of 14U and 16U, with players from Brazoria & Harris County and its neighboring communities. TNT Ignite is a non-profit organization established to better and advance girls’ fastpitch softball.

The objective of TNT Ignite is to foster a competitive learning environment that will prepare their players to advance to the high school and collegiate level. Each season the players compete in local and nationally recognized tournaments. Along this journey, they learn the value of respect, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. These are all  characteristics that help them become better student athletes and give them the fundamental building blocks that each of them pursues, with the hopes of gaining a scholarship to play collegiate fastpitch softball.

A spokesperson from the organization said, “We are very grateful to Jason Romaszewski and Neighborhood Garage Door Services for their financial support and willingness to serve in our community. It is exciting that we will be able to continue with our mission to take these girls and this team to another level.”

TNT Ingite has plans to expand their teams to allow more girls in the community the opportunity to develop their skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Mr. Romaszewski said, “I am thrilled to see the excitement in these girls as they compete in these tournaments and beyond. It’s a fun age and I hope they create a lot of good memories and lifelong friendships.”
