With demand higher than ever for effective clinical therapy, Utah-based Another Day Therapy is bringing its breakthrough Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® practice to clients nationwide via online sessions that can be conducted from the comfort of their home. The hypnotherapy modality uses guided relaxation and specific concentration to achieve a heightened state of mind, and can be helpful for anybody suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. In order to offer this practice across the nation, Another Day Therapy owner Brandi Sweet, LCSW, CHT, has hired three new certified clinical hypnotists trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy.
Heli Wittenberg joins the team from her home in Washington, specializing in Timeline Therapy, Past Life Regression Therapy, Soul Retrieval, Cord Cutting, Grief Therapy, Life Coaching, and Reiki Energy Healing. With Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Heli guides clients through extinguishing negative charges, relieving emotional pain, and expanding awareness.
“One of my favorite part of hypnotherapy sessions are when my client comes up with a new understanding of who they are and what kind of behaviors they want to choose based this new conclusion about themselves,” said Wittenberg. “After all the processing and healing the new conclusion is always positive and it is such a powerful experience to witness.”
Another Day Therapy’s second new hypnotist, Maame-Mensima Horne of Florida, has dedicated her life to pursuing healing and growth as a Certified Clinical Hypnotist, Usui Reiki Practitioner and Certified Yoga Instructor. She completed her training in hypnotherapy at The Wellness Institute and is now finishing her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
Rounding out the team, Arizona-based Myrene Dickinson is a Certified Hypnotherapist by the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and a Certified Translator (Spanish-English) by the Global Translation Institute. She uses her skills to help clients find balance, harmony and deep-lasting healing.
