Advancing Cybersecurity Workforce Development
As part of the initiative, STEALIEN will lead the establishment of a robust training system, conduct advanced training for educators, and develop an integrated Cybersecurity Vocational Training Center (CSVC). This effort, running for two years starting December 2024, is in collaboration with the Polytechnic University under Indonesia’s National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN).
The project’s long-term vision extends to 2030, focusing on creating an accessible cybersecurity education system, fostering career development for specialized professionals, and boosting Indonesia’s cybersecurity competitiveness both nationally and internationally.
A Collaborative Effort with Local and International Expertise
The project will be executed through a consortium that includes Ajou University’s Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and Solutech System Co., Ltd. This partnership aims to integrate theory and practice into a comprehensive educational framework. Courses will be delivered in both online and offline formats, providing career support and hands-on training to develop Indonesia’s cybersecurity professionals.
STEALIEN has a strong track record in Southeast Asia, having previously led the ASEAN Cyber Shield (ACS) project funded by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund. The company’s Indonesian branch has served as a regional hub for these efforts, showcasing STEALIEN’s commitment to fostering regional cybersecurity capacity.
