Flexibility was a key focus of this project to fulfill a varied set of requirements from a diverse homebuyer demographic. “We made sure to build in the flexibility to allow homebuyers to have choices,” Spalding said. “Our challenge was to ensure that the site plan could accommodate these options and we successfully made that happen.”
