With the success of the Macaroni Grill Hawaii new emerging Italian concepts Olive Garden had no noticeable impact on sales with quite the revers happening. The sales data proves Romano’s Macaroni Grill has experienced exceptional strong sales growth not long after its competitor opened nearby. New CEO Ms Yim says “Sometimes opening other Italian concepts gives the locals appreciation for different ingredient combinations and recipes, and since owning the local group of restaurants Manna Restaurant Group has re-introduced happy hour to Macaroni Grill, and we brought back the original menu items corporate around 2019 as owners removed before the current corporate owners who share Manna Restaurant group and Romano’s original vision”. 

The group’s first priority was to recognize and reward the long-standing employees.  CEO of Manna Restaurant Group Ms. Yim see’s employees as driving the brand, “The tasty recipes and strong local team have been fundamental in propelling the brand, to success of being recognized as number one sales in the country” said Yim.
