In order to solve the problem of floating fibres in PA6 materials, the following measures can be taken:
1. Improved moulding process conditions:
– Increase the filling speed to reduce the ratio of speed difference between glass fibre and plastic;
– Increase the mould temperature to reduce the contact resistance between glass fibre and mould, so that the middle molten layer becomes thicker when the plastic flows;

2. Material selection:
Choose nylon material with lower viscosity, or add a certain proportion of PA6 to increase the fluidity, and use special dyes to dye the glass fibre black (suitable for black nylon), or add bright additives such as silicone, modified amide polymers and so on, to improve the floating fibre situation.
3. Improve the compatibility between glass fibre and nylon:
