NEW YORK – August 19, 2024 – A new chapter in New York Fashion Week (NYFW) is being written with the launch of WIN THE RUNWAY – THE OFFICIAL NYFW BEAUTY BRUNCH BASH. This inaugural bi-annual event, masterminded by renowned entrepreneur and celebrity makeup artist Marc Harvey, promises to be an unforgettable blend of fashion, beauty, and philanthropy. With over 75 years of combined experience in the fashion, beauty, and art industries, the producers of this event are set to make a lasting impact on the NYC fashion scene.

Joining Marc Harvey, CEO of Marc Harvey Beauty Cosmetics, are industry powerhouses Keri Rokos, CEO of Gen Art, and Robert Miraglia, CEO of Connect Group Inc. (La Victoria NYC). Together, they bring a legacy of supporting and showcasing emerging talent, with Gen Art’s 30-year history of producing high-profile events that have introduced the next wave of stars in fashion, film, art, and music. This year’s event will support the New York Common Pantry, a crucial organization in the fight against food insecurity.

The event will feature a star-studded fashion show, showcasing the talents of four distinguished designers:

  • Cesar Galindo: An industry icon known for his work with countless celebrities.

  • Adrian Alicea: A cultural icon from the “VOGUE” ballroom scene and a celebrated designer/stylist.

  • Carlton Jones: An emerging designer and stylist making waves in the fashion world.

  • Celeste Madhere: The creative force behind Olivia London Swimwear, merging design with artistry.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to enter a raffle to win an outfit from one of these top designers — four designers, four lucky winners. Additionally, the event will feature a live ambush makeover and behind-the-scenes presentation, sponsored by Marc Harvey Beauty, Ashunta Sheriff Beauty, and Concepts Studios. “The NYFW season is an exhilarating time, full of creativity and excitement.
