These methods enhance the natural sweetness of the ingredients, which are paired with the restaurant’s signature sushi vinegar. The experience features seasonal vegetables that are full of flavor and nutritional value, ensuring that each visit offers a new encounter with different seasonal ingredients.

A large curved screen within the venue displays Japanese traditions and the history of sushi, creating an immersive atmosphere. The establishment employs staff proficient in English and features state-of-the-art AI voice translators, enabling communication in 74 languages.
