Miami, FL, USA – July 10, 2024 – Contemporary Art Gallery /Projects USA will be returning to Art Santa Fe Fair from July 12-14. As one of the opening events for Santa Fe’s week-long Art Week, Art Santa Fe provides the perfect experience for collectors and art enthusiasts alike. It’s a unique opportunity to honor the regions deeply rooted cultural traditions while launching into the future with cutting-edge artwork and inspiring events, a perfect combination for these two art-focused Santa Fe events.
Taking place in the middle of summer, July 11-21, 2024, Santa Fe Art Week will showcase everything from visual and performance art to literary and culinary art. The ten-day festival will feature over 100 unique and creative experiences and events. The festivities kick off with Art Santa Fe and the International Folk Art Market, followed by a week of Santa Fe Gallery Association events, openings and shows, art talks, live demonstrations, and workshops at some of Santa Fe’s 250+ galleries, cultural museums, and destinations.
“Our goal is keeping their Art Santa Fe collectors informed and admiring the showcase of national and international artists. For more than a decade, our gallery has been delighting Art Santa Fe’s collectors with new original works,” said Tata Fernandez, Director of the gallery.
• Carola Orieta Sperman transforms acrylic, an inert material, into an object that reflects life, connecting to the shapes of organic forms that expand into an imaginary realm. Each piece becomes a living organism that performs in flowing unpredictable undulations, guided by a dynamic and free-generated energy.
• Karina Sztein‘s artwork springs from her architectural background and transforms into abstractions in textiles and color. The result is a subtle rhythm – a rhythm of silences, pauses, and spaces.
• Eduardo Dayan is a Mexican photographer that has transformed his images into a riot of sophistication and color on tempered glass, creating shapes, figures, and colors that can clearly be alien to reality – but intriguing.
• Scott Glaser will be exhibiting “Accidents Do Happen” series sounds like a creative and relatable art project that uses fabric and plastic bandages to depict common everyday mishaps and incidents that we all experience at some point in our lives. The use of this unique medium adds a layer of realism and familiarity to the artwork, as bandages are commonly associated with minor injuries and accidents.
• Alina Poloboc‘s will be presented for the first time in Santa Fe. Her masterpiece, “Gipsy Marquesa,” sounds like a captivating work of art that beautifully captures feminine elegance, sensuality, and mystery. “Gipsy Marquesa” appears to be a mesmerizing piece that combines artistry, history, and elegance to create a captivating portrayal of feminine beauty. Alina’s attention to detail and her ability to imbue the artwork with layers of meaning make it a truly remarkable masterpiece.
Other artists with their unique art as photography, oil painting, resin etc will be presented during the fair at our booth as Alejandro Rauhut/Colombia, Amy Shekhter/USA, Arnold Miranda/USA, Christine Laubach/USA, Dale Reid/Canada, Doris Tinsley Nadel/USA, Evangeline Ang/Singapore, Evelyn Ortiz/El Salvador-USA, Fara Thomas/Iran-USA, Jessica Feldman/Mexico-USA, Juan Abuela/Cuba-USA, Lara Alcantar Lansberg/Venezuela-USA, Luis Kaiulani/Hawaii, Michele Utley-Voigt/USA, Peggy Hinaekian/USA, Victoria Kovalenchikova/Belarus-Amsterdam and Shubhi Gupta/India-Singapore.
