Discover trade shows and expos from around the world while in the office, on your home couch, or traveling. Access products and catalogs from all exhibitors everywhere via app, PC, or smart TV. This is the new frontier of trade shows, conceived by Italian entrepreneur Giancarlo Moscardi. A potentially endless commercial journey, made without taking a step and adhering to the logic of on-demand.
The project is called UFair TV, short for Unlimited Fair. “It’s a challenge,” the promoters and developers emphasize, “because there are currently no similar platforms available on the market.” The application interface is similar to that of a smart TV: it allows searches by location, commercial type of interest, and calendar. A real-time mapping of what is happening in Italy and abroad, and much more.
“By entering a single event, you can see all the information related to the fair: location, logistics, schedules, number of exhibitors, organization, and related promotional videos,” the developers explain. “Moreover, you can access individual exhibitor profiles, who through UFair TV can upload all the material they deem useful to promote themselves in Italy and abroad, including videos, catalogs, technical information, and more. Space? As much as needed, hence the name unlimited.”
The project, developed in almost two years of work, aims to create a unique synergy with the trade show world, supporting events and expanding their response and interest. Of course, the practical experience is extended, like stepping onto a boat, since the platform was launched from the Venice Boat Show, “but you gain from the multitude of events and offers that you can visit and evaluate.”
A collaboration with trade fair centers helps them and the participating companies by extending their visibility after the physical fair. We provide fairs with a visibility extension service.
The goal is ambitious: to intercept, in whole or in part, a market that has resumed growing with impressive numbers after Covid. The value of the global events and exhibitions market was estimated at approximately $45.34 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $54.9 billion by 2029, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.9%. This growth is supported by increased corporate spending on marketing and investments in new technologies for events and exhibitions. But perhaps the real challenge is to transform, or expand, the trade show experience, making it instantly accessible, global, and productive.
