He played a pivotal role as co-president of the Cross Country Group, overseeing the growth of one of Massachusetts’ largest privately-held firms, which encompassed both startups and established companies with a global workforce of over 3,000. Howard’s insights into entrepreneurship were further honed during his tenure as a senior fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. Prior to his business endeavors, Howard practiced law in both the White House and New York City. He currently resides in Boston and London with his wife and daughters.

John Landry is a distinguished business historian and writer, having served as an editor at Harvard Business Review. He earned his PhD in economic history from Brown University, providing him with a deep understanding of the economic forces that shape societies. John resides in Providence, Rhode Island, with his wife and two sons, where he continues to explore and document the intricate interplay between entrepreneurship and economic development.
