Oklahoma City, Okla. – Anureet Bajaj, MD, chose plastic surgery as her profession because of its power to restore patients’ confidence and belief in themselves. That is the same goal of the LIMITLESS Leaders Summit, an annual event for early-career women surgeons presented in collaboration with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Aesthetic Society and the American Hernia Society, with support from Allergan Aesthetics.
The LIMITLESS Leaders Summit is a three-day event, held this year from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2 at Santa Ana Pueblo, N.M., at which women surgeons beginning their careers have a chance to hear, learn from, and network with experienced practitioners and each other.
Dr. Bajaj chaired the first summit in 2021 and has continued in that role for the past two years. In 2024, she served as co-chair with Noopur Gangopadhyay, associate professor of surgery at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.
The summit is an element in the LIMITLESS Leaders Program, whose mission is “to promote and break down barriers for early-career women surgeons to achieve leadership positions through collaboration, education, and mentorship.”

About Dr. Bajaj
Dr. Bajaj runs a highly patient-focused plastic surgery practice in Oklahoma City, where she applies her skills in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery to improve people’s lives. With her training in microsurgery, Dr. Bajaj has the medical knowledge and skill to perform complex and delicate cosmetic surgery procedures. For example, she is one of the few plastic surgeons who perform the DIEP flap procedure for breast reconstruction, which uses the patient’s tissue without implants. She has a reputation for her beautifully natural-looking results in breast, body contouring and facial rejuvenation procedures.
Dr. Bajaj was born in India and grew up in Oklahoma City, where she graduated from the Casady School. She moved to Texas to attend Rice University, then earned her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She did her residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center and completed a fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery at UT’s MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Bajaj earned certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has a license to practice in three states, including Oklahoma.
