Montgomery Consulting, an Ohio-based business consultancy firm, announces the launch of its newest business coaching offer, ‘CEO ERA – Foundations,’ designed specifically for women entrepreneurs based in the US who are eager to establish a service and/or information-based online business. Scheduled for release on March 11, 2024, the program offers a structured 28-day incubator experience aimed at guiding participants down the path of least resistance to go from idea to income.
The ‘CEO ERA – Foundations’ program focuses on the Four Foundational Pillars necessary for building and scaling a business to $10k months. The program incorporates pre-recorded modules, weekly implementation strategies with accountability assignments, group accountability calls and personalized 1:1 coaching sessions to tailor the incubator experience to each business’ unique needs. Only ten participants are accepted per cohort through an application process, with two full scholarships available.
Katie Montgomery, Founder and CEO of Montgomery Consulting, emphasizes the program’s focus on actionable strategies and individualized support. Participants will receive step-by-step guidance on business strategy, offer development, attraction strategy, and sales strategy.
