Powered by LLM technology through Microsoft Azure OpenAI, it provides customers with advanced data analysis, visualization, decision support and performance optimization to securely process intricate industry knowledge and Resource Advisor system information.

Internally, Jo-Chat GPT, based on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, serves as a secure conversational assistant for employees, facilitating efficient communication.

Additionally, conversational assistants like Finance Advisor and Knowledge Bot play crucial roles. Finance Advisor aids financial analysts in accounting and global finance functions to provide consistent, compliant and timely decision-making. The Knowledge Bot assists customer care representatives in retrieving accurate information from extensive internal documentation.
