Additionally, SouthWood, a veteran-owned signage company known for its exceptional craftsmanship, chose to relocate to York County, underscoring the region’s thriving business environment. Will Garrison, the Chief Operating Officer of SouthWood, proudly shared that their business has experienced remarkable growth over the last six years, tripling in size. He attributed part of this success to the advantageous market conditions in York County, particularly in Rock Hill, where the company expanded its operations by establishing a new 65,000-square-foot facility to accommodate the surging demand.
