Founder: Dr. Regina Beard and team spearhead an explosive upcoming event to further the mission with the 2nd Youth Healthcare Career Expo taking place October 9th-11th in Valparaiso, IN.
Earlier this year, VicTory 4 Kidz packed the venue with more than 1200 registered students, attendees, and vendors catering to the advancement of the youth as featured in the Chicago Tribune.
Now the ever-growing and awe-inspiring organization plans to take it to the next level with featured Keynote Speaker: US Congressman Frank MrVan headlining.
This event is completely FREE to the public, but participants must register. Community partners who have linked arms with VicTory 4 Kidz include: Chick-Fil-A, Northwest Health, IVY Tech Community College, The Courts, and many others.

Meet Dr. Regina Beard
Dr. Regina Beard is an entrepreneur, nurse, mother, and friend. Her pursuit of education has led her to earn a practical nurse certificate (LPN) from Brown Mackie College in Merrillville, IN, in 2006.
She completed her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree at Olive Harvey in Chicago, IL in 2009.
In 2012 She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and in 2017 she completed her Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSNed), both were completed at Indiana Wesleyan. (University in Marion, IN.)
Regina has completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Touro University in Nevada and looks forward to walking across the stage to pick her prestigious earned honor. In addition to receiving extensive education, Dr. Beard has taught nurses at Ivy Tech and Valparaiso University.
Recognizing that there are strong disparities in healthcare and healthcare training Regina and her children co-founded VicTory Training in 2015. Since that time VicTory Training has grown to three locations in Northwest Indiana. In 2020, VicTory at Home was established to ensure that the aging population was able to receive quality care without having to leave their home.
In 2021, VicTory Staffing was created to address healthcare shortages caused by Covid. In an effort to create a future generation of nursing and healthcare leaders VicTory 4 Kidz was established in 2022.
VicTory Global brand, which is the umbrella organization for VicTory Training, VicTory at Home, VicTory Staffing and VicTory 4 Kidz has reached nurses, certified nurse’s assistants (CNA), high school, junior high, and elementary students, providing education and producing the next generation of healthcare.
Providing sound leadership is an essential component of VicTory Global. Dr. Regina, her cofounders, and the rest of the VicTory team will continuously work towards meeting the needs of these populations.
