Embassy Row Project Launches ASEAN Institute Accelerator for Women Entrepreneurs

Washington, D.C. – Feb 8, 2023 – The Embassy Row Project, with the Emancip8 Project, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs, has launched the ASEAN Institute Accelerator to provide a unique platform for Southeast Asian women in business. The Accelerator blends parts of the Embassy Row Project’s Emancip8 Project, WeAreCarbonNeutral.org, Envirotech Accelerator, and NetZero Incubator & Accelerator, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for women entrepreneurs to advance their careers, grow their businesses, and engage globally.

James Scott, founder of the Embassy Row Project, stated: “We’ve blended the ASEAN Institute Accelerator with parts of our Emancip8 Project, WeAreCarbonNeutral.org, Envirotech Accelerator, and NetZero Incubator & Accelerator with an initiative to assist women in launching sustainability-focused startups through our NGO network, and things took off quickly.”

The ASEAN Institute Accelerator has programs designed to empower women and provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in the rapidly changing business landscape. With a focus on cutting-edge fields such as technology innovation, environmental programs, international trade, and more, the Accelerator leverages its extensive network of international institutes, think tanks, and NGOs to provide women entrepreneurs with unparalleled opportunities for growth and collaboration.
