Loza – Private chef services expand their offer due to raise in client demand

The team behind Loza – a New York City based private chef services, puts a lot of love into their business. And just like any solid relationship, they work hard to build lasting client experiences through two-way conversations. Because winning the client’s trust in this highly competitive cooking-game means listening closely to clients, their needs, and preferences.

Chef Zivko Radojcic, the main private chef and founder at Loza, has recently leveled-up the whole Loza-story. The team is not only working on expanding their services, but the whole menu and cooking classes are upgraded towards a more contemporary, international cuisine. Of course, the original Loza-story stays in focus: Mediterranean food with chefs Balkan roots.

“When we first started, our goal was to take our clients on a tour of the Balkans without leaving NYC! We created our menus as a fusion of traditional dishes from the Balkan and Mediterranean Region, combined with fine dining – New York style. That’s why we’d like to call Loza a Modern Balkan cuisine. However, after gathering feedback from our dear clients, we realized that it is time to move on, to uplevel the whole dining experience. We see this as a natural progression of any business – we need to adapt to the rising demand of our services and overall growth,” explains chef Zivko Radojcic.

Although the Modern Balkan cuisine concept stays in the spotlight, Loza team added more diverse meals to their main menus. However, they always put emphasis on the fact that every menu, every meal is tailored to the client’s needs. They still offer those tasty Balkan homemade, grandma-approved dishes, but with a more international touch.

“We’ve realized that our clients have different preferences, and although they enjoy our kitchen we should offer them an even wider choice of dishes. Our focus is still on (affordable) fine-dining paired with complimentary wines, and flavorful desserts.”, states chef Zivko.

These are some of meals Loza included in their new menus:

Grass fed Ribeye
Artichokes, feta mousse, ajvar, olives salsa

Goat cheese pudding
Beetroot textures, horseradish

Chocolate Mousse
Hazelnut praline, orange , cookie crumbs

Filet mignon
Celery root, potato – thyme terrine, truffle mushroom jus

Tuna crudo
Cucumber, Citrus dressing, red onion, spicy pepper

“There’s a lot of room for creativity when it comes to our menus”, chef Zivko continues, “depending on the event, the guests, venue, and other details. We have a very wide choice of both ingredients and meals to choose from, we collaborate with professional decorators, etc. No matter if our clients are extreme meat lovers, vegans, or have other food preferences – we can meet their needs!”.

Apart from private chef services, Loza team is very well known for their cooking classes. They offer private, or group classes where clients can learn to cook from scratch, improve their culinary skills,…or just have fun!

The team is constantly expanding their offer. Here are some of the examples of their most popular cooking classes:

–  Balkan tour
–  Brunch
–  Espana
–  Kids & cookies
–  Pasta from scratch
–  Sushi cooking class
–  Perfect steak class

The cooking classes can also be customized and held online, or at a venue of the client’s choice.

Loza is expanding, but the core team is still motivated by the same goal – provide clients with superb private chef services. Or, as they like to say: “Experience Unique Food & Hospitality”!
