November 3, 2022 – Last November, the federal government passed The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, aka the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, a “once in a generation” investment providing $1.6 Trillion in funding for new initiatives to repair roads and bridges, improve public transit, deliver clean drinking water and high-speed internet, among other items. The Trades Infrastructure & Jobs Act Summit www.TheTradesSummit.com is a free virtual event, running November 8 – 11, aimed at giving those in the construction trade and their service providers the information they need to take advantage of funding opportunities.
The Trades Infrastructure & Jobs Act Summit features a variety of speakers over the course of four days, November 8 – 11. Geared to construction trades, construction vendors, and professional service providers, this is the first infrastructure summit that helps position entrepreneurs with the knowledge and resources to be able to take advantage of the infrastructure dollars available from the federal government under this current act. The summit provides education and inspiration to know exactly what to do and how to do it, to be properly positioned to gain government contracts and develop new business opportunities.
“All too many business owners find out about opportunities on the backside of the bell-shaped curve when it is almost over,” explains Jacqueline Grant, creator and producer of The Trades Infrastructure & Jobs Act Summit. “I created this summit to help business owners position their businesses, through education and inspiration, so that they can benefit from the five-year funding opportunity of The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act as early as possible on the front side of the bell-shaped curve.”
“The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provides a prime opportunity to fill the skilled trades gap, and have the opportunity for corporate workers to transition into entrepreneurship as consultants, subcontractors, or general contractors”, she continues.
The Trades Infrastructure & Jobs Act Summit is a virtual business summit over four days, November 8 – 11, with free 24-hour access to each day’s speakers covering a wide range of topics to help those in the construction industry, as well as professional services, such as project management, consulting, coaching and accounting, take advantage of the funding available via The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
