“I run a consulting business, and I help female financial leaders close more sales by teaching a three-step process. This process helps clients make an emotional connection with their potential buyers and creates a pathway for buyers to chase you, not the other way around,” Young said. “This method is called the Permission Process.”

The Permission Process

“I help women trust themselves and build an emotional connection when selling their financial services, and this is done through a three-step process,” Young said. “There are three areas to cover within this method: Awareness, Release, and Creation.” 

Young calls her model The Permission Process. With it, her clients have closed over $2.5M in deals in 2021 because they have learned how to sell confidently.

The first step, Awareness, teaches clients how to break down the role emotions play in the sales process and examine why sales are both logical and emotional. By understanding and being aware of how customers feel, clients can better structure their businesses to close deals more effectively.  

The second step, Release, teaches clients to release their own emotional patterns so they can make the sale about the client. When a business owner can meet the customer on the same emotional level, sales can feel less like a transaction and more non-threatening and approachable. 

The third step, Creation, teaches clients to analyze the three main components of their business—finding their ideal clients, building a backend sales structure, and developing an effective sales process.  

“One of my favorite aspects of this journey is mentoring clients through a transformational journey and helping them make more money on their terms,” Young said. “These benefits will permanently alter someone’s life, and I hold the space for that to happen.”

Experience in the industry

Young spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, working with CEOs and top executives to close multi-million-dollar deals. Young’s corporate career was impressive, with rapid growth in the millions, connections with hundreds of clients, and a successful oil and gas territory with the world’s leading chemical distributors. 

She opened Young Wealth, Inc. in 2017, working first as an intuitive business coach and later becoming a published author and an international speaker. Brittany has certifications as an Executive NLP Practitioner and an Emotional Intelligence Coach. She also has an MBA from The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and walked onto her college basketball team freshman year.
