According to announcements released by Jamie Rinaldi, her weight loss coaching enables clients to enjoy their favorite foods, without deprivation, and still maintain a healthy weight.
Ms. Rinaldi has been a registered dietitian for more than two decades. She is passionate about weight management, fitness, and wellness. Her wide experience in these fields includes counseling patients in private practice, hospitals, and health clubs. She is a published author, and her work has appeared in Today’s Dietitian. Ms. Rinaldi’s numerous articles in print and online have educated health professionals and laypersons on weight management and nutrition. Over the past two years, her online weight management programs and diet programs have enabled clients to work away excess weight while staying at home; many individuals have taken to the work from home culture, and Ms. Rinaldi has helped such people stay healthy and fit.
Ms. Rinaldi is a regional dietitian for Nutrition Management Services Company and runs a food trailer and catering business with her fiance, John Dechert. She loves helping women realize that there’s no black and white approach to eating and exercising for losing weight. Her clients learn to be at ease with their bodies without fretting and working too hard for perfection. Once an individual ceases to be too body-conscious, she can begin working on health in the right way. Ms. Rinaldi handles the sensitive issues surrounding weight with empathy and in a fun way. Her clients are women who want to look and feel good without sacrificing the good life, and Ms. Rinaldi works with them to create custom programs to meet this life objective.

Direct quote from Jamie Rinaldi: “I’m originally from Northern NJ, where I grew up with my three sweet and beautiful sisters and the most awesome parents. I went to the University of Vermont to get my B.S. in Nutritional Science, and I got my MS in Applied Physiology & Nutrition from Columbia University Teachers College, where I also did my dietetic internship. I am a Certified Registered Dietitian Nutrition Coach with fellow RD Tony Stephan’s training. I have a flexible approach to coaching clients, depending on their lifestyles, needs, and preferences. Although appropriate for some, I don’t usually advise cutting out specific foods or food groups. I eat pizza almost every day, and I love red wine. I also love salad, there’s a balance! I work out regularly with YouTube videos. I love dancing and have a long history with it, so a couple of my favorite channels are The Fitness Marshall and Jamie Kinkeade. For strength and HIIT training, Sydney Cummings is the best.
I have struggled in the past with an all or nothing approach to food and fitness. I know how much it sucks to obsess over my diet and workouts and worry about what I’m going to eat outside of my home, and I know how much it sucks to look in the mirror and be disgusted because of a warped body image. Since I’ve been free of those pains, it’s been my mission to help other women achieve that freedom and still get fit.”
